PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Innovative and motivating fitness system based on simple, natural, outdoor, nature-based movements.

The aim of Move To Flow is an innovative and motivating fitness system combining different physical activities that have in common to be based on simple, natural, outdoor, nature-based movements.

This goal is inspired by ancestral human and animal movements coupled with new capabilities developed by humans such as yoga, dance, meditation and physical skills. Our goal is to make compendium of these skills fun, accessible, challenging and effective. This system will be designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.

Specific objectives to achieve the main aim:

1.  To analyse the benefits (physical, mental and social) of Natural Flow.

1.1. To design and validate a self-perception questionnaire about the benefits of physical activities and Natural Movement.

1.2. To discuss the results with stakeholders and present conclusions. 2. To design a training programme for trainers in Natural Flow.

2.1. To carry on training to trainers workshops.

3.   To raise awareness about the need of promoting physical activities among groups that have less access opportunities for economic, social or family reasons.

3.1. To organise a Conference on the benefits of Natural Flow for general practitioners and for special groups. Target group: participants, coaches, sport organizations

Partners: La Cristalería(Spain), LSIIDP (Latvia) Lagerta (Serbia) will participate in the project activities. Results:

RE2. Conference to boost up the dissemination of project results and outputs RE3. Sport coaches, educators and volunteers trained during the project. A total of 75.
